MGroves & Associates, Inc. manage properties throughout the greater Los Angeles area, ranging from the San Gabriel Valley, Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, throughout the San Fernando Valley, and Beverly Hills, Whittier and Anaheim, among many other areas. We currently manage buildings ranging from one unit to over one hundred units.

We utilize a comprehensive computer tracking system which analyzes all traffic and leasing activity, identifies the media source, and generates the necessary information so that an effective follow up can be conducted after the prospect's visit. A strong program that includes aggressive marketing and leasing efforts offers the best opportunity for each property to outperform the marketplace.
