What Do We Do?

MAINTENANCEMGroves & Associates, Inc. will closely monitor and supervise maintenance of the property with particular attention to the need for regular unit inspections, a scheduled preventive maintenance program and maintenance of the grounds and exterior in order to maintain the building in a manner that makes it a desirable place to live. In the event large projects are undertaken which require the services of independent contractors, the company will screen and select vendors based upon qualifications, experience and bid pricing. To save you money, we use preferred vendors who are skilled, licensed, and insured or our own people to provide quality and timely maintenance for your property. Therefore, you don't have to pay the exorbitant rates charged by others; nor does your property have to wait until they can work it into their schedule. All independent contractors will be properly insured and bonded. Recommendations are also made for future preventive maintenance on the property. We obtain a minimum of three competitive bids for any work to be done on the property of a substantial nature such as pylon signage, re-striping the parking lot, re-roofing, etc. Work is regularly checked prior to approval of payments.
