In today's market everything is done online and that is our focus with advertising to find tenants. California continues to be one of the most desirable states within which to live, with most moving here from other areas. Online advertising is the best way to reach these potential tenants. Our rentals are also listed on the Multiple Listing Service, which makes it accessible to all California real estate agents. We still do the traditional advertising, such as signs posted on property, print advertising, listing flyers to major employers, colleges, etc.
